Last December, Merav Taler Shadi and I delivered a short session at the annual HRus Learning & Training Conference. The session focused on a challenge we all face — how generative AI is influencing the workflows of L&D professionals and helping us deliver more personalized and effective learning solutions, from analytics to personalization and improved learning experiences. I invite you to watch the recording below 👇

🕵️‍♀️ We presented live examples of using AI to improve the effectiveness of learning processes 🎨 We discussed tools for content creation, automation, and data management 🗂️ We reviewed real-world cases: building personalized syllabi, developing interfaces, and improving sales processes 😈 We shared important tips for responsible and safe use of AI

I want to extend a huge thank you to Linai Zaguri and Ofer Kanig for giving us the opportunity to take part in the session, alongside a talented group of professionals from Amdocs, Mobileye, and LinkedIn. Thank you also to Yaki Gani, owner and partner at STUFF, who accompanies the bank in strategic processes.

AI presentation delivered at the conference

On Sunday, 26/01/2025, we will be running a session in collaboration with Experteam on the topic: Integrating Artificial Intelligence into the Workflows of Learning & Development Professionals. During the session we will demonstrate: 📊 Analyzing learning data using AI 👩‍💻 Creating presentations and delivering visual messaging 👩‍🎤 Building tools to enhance and personalize the learning experience 🛩️ Creating a simulator to improve service and sales skills If you haven’t registered yet, now is the time ⌚︎ 👇

What Should L&D Professionals Take Away From This?

The central point is not that every learning process needs to be automated, but rather that L&D professionals need to understand where AI genuinely adds value: needs analysis, drafting content, personalization, simulations, and rapid feedback. Those who can connect pedagogy, data, and new tools will be able to build better solutions — not just “use another tool.”
