In this webinar with Methodica, I explore the skillset for learning designers in the agentic era. The session is for learning designers, training managers and educators, including those without a programming background. What is covered in the webinar?
We begin with what is changing in our work, move to a builder mindset, and explore five skills to develop. I then present five real projects from my work at the bank and personal projects, and close with three practical steps to get started.

Turn your viewing into a step at work
I suggest watching with a real task in mind. For example, preparing a practice activity for employees learning a new process, organizing source materials for training development, or exploring what learning activity data can tell you.
As you watch, identify which part of the task you would like an agent to help with and what you will need to define and check yourself. Start with a small output you can assess: one scenario, an initial structure or an analysis of a sample. Your expertise helps you decide whether the result is useful.
